Organ Studies at GSU

Thanks to the Graduate Assistantship Program in collaboration with major churches in Atlanta, Georgia State University is able to offer free tuition and an annual stipend of US$4,000 to Masters students in organ.

Lessons are taking place on the recently renovated symphonic sanctuary organ (Klais/Schlueter, IV/112) and the baroque style chapel organ (Klop, II/15) at First Presbyterian Church, so that students are getting the best of both worlds. In addition to the practice organs at GSU, practice opportunities are available at First Presbyterian Church and on other great instruments in one of the many churches of the city.
